lindabetterhearing@cnymail.comLinda Bailey received her Bachelors of Science degree from the State University of New York, working for the first 14 years of her career as a clinical medical technologist in local hospital laboratories. Linda established Better Hearing in November 1987. At first, it was a way to provide for her family, but quickly became a passion to help improve our patient's quality of life by improving their hearing ability. "The first time you see tears shed because a patient can hear their loved ones is very powerful. Ever since, I have had an overwhelming desire to help more people and do it better every time" Linda earned the title of Audioprosthologist from The International Institute for Hearing Instrument Studies approved by the American Council on Education, as well as being a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Linda continues her thirst for knowledge with yearly Continuing Education courses to keep abreast of the rapidly changing industry and science of hearing aids. She is married to Kevin, between them they had four children and now have seven grandchildren and many fur babies.

Insurance billing
betterhearing@cnymail.comHollie began at Better Hearing in 2007 as our front office customer care representative. She transitioned to a part time position in 2011. Her experience as an insurance claims representative for worker's comp in California made her the best choice to be moved into her current position as our insurance billing member.
Lori Casler

Patient Care Coordinator
Lori Casler, Patient Care Coordinator and front office staff will be the welcoming voice and smiling face to first welcome you to the practice. She joined the practice at the end of October 2022. Lori has a variety of skills to compliment our team, she has worked as a medical assistant in Syracuse and several retail positions.
Lori is a lifelong resident of the area, living in and around Canastota. She currently lives in Canastota with her husband Fred, four dogs, and a number of chickens and ducks. Lori has an adult daughter, Rebecca, who lives in Vernon.
Lori's leisure time is spent caring for her menagerie, cooking and baking, crocheting and she is a voracious reader.
