LOST & DAMAGE
This is a one year warranty that costs $120.00 per hearing aid. If you lose a hearing aid, a deductible of 25% of the purchase price of hearing aid is required and a notarized letter explaining the loss and/or damaged device.
REPAIR INSURANCE
This is a one year warranty that costs $175.00 per hearing aid and includes two cleanings and checks.
